Service provider in matching business to knowledge institutes

FAQ

1. How can I ask a question?

Answer: You can ask a question through this link. One of our business scouts, Jeroen van der Leijé or Caroline Duterloo, will contact you to discuss the question.

2. Do I have to pay for asking a question?

No, asking a question and meeting with our business scout are free of charge. If further research and/or research facilities are required in order to answer your question, you will receive a proposal with a quotation. This will always be discussed with you in advance and usually a meeting with the relevant scientist will also take place before any costs are incurred.

3. Must I specify which knowledge organisation can answer my question?

No, this is not necessary. The task of the business scouts is to match your question to the right scientist within the knowledge institutes.

4. Our company is not based in the Zuid-Holland area. Can I also ask a question?

Yes, of course you can. B2SP hopes to be able to also answer your question. It is true that the Business to Science Portal is a regional initiative but the Portal also wishes to serve other companies.

5. What will happen with my (personal) data when I ask a question or register to receive more information?

Your data will be processed in the strictest of confidence and will only be used for the question and matchmaking process. B2SP will never issue personal data in any way to third parties. If you have registered to make use of the services, you can always again cancel the registration.
