B2SP works as a matchmaker. The Portal aims to find the best match with the right expert and available knowledge. To operate effectively, the Portal works with two business scouts. When you approach B2SP with a knowledge question, your business scout will be your point of contact throughout the proces. The business scout will pick up your question and will link it to the most appropriate expertise. He/she will provide personal and individual support during the process of matchmaking.
1. Question formulation
In the first meeting with the business scout, you will discuss your question to get a clear idea of your knowledge need. A quick scan will be made where the question and the context in which the question is being made will be clearly formulated.2. Finding a match
Once your question is clearly formulated, the business scout will start the search process to find the right person within the knowledge institutes.3. Making a match
When the right person has been found, the business scout will make the link between the entrepreneur and the scientist.4. Answer/Collaboration
The question can be answered or the collaboration can start. The format of the answer to your question can be in the form of direct advice, a report, or further research.If costs need to be made due to, for example, additional research, a proposal will be drafted that will include a quotation. Every match will be concluded with a short evaluation of the collaboriation and the process from question to answer.
